From the Designer: "The Bow-Licious In the Hoop Zipper bag is a cute take on Mrs. Clause belt buckle, instead of a traditional buckle, she has a bow. But you can make this bag in ANY color! Some say it is very Minnie-Mouse ish too! Use vinyl, cork, or any non-woven materials along the top zipper portion, the front bottom section, and key chain loop.

Comes in four sizes, 4×4, 5×7, 6×10, and 8×12.
